Ther are two adjustments possible to the Bergen rotor head system, The Delta offset, and the Bell/Hiller mixing ratio.

The Delta off set should only be adjusted after you have become proficient with your heli, and are contemplating a serious run at competition type flying such as the Nats.

The Bell/Hiller mixing ratio is more commonly adjusted to suit your style of flying and what the heli is intended for, A/P for instance.
