The heart of any cooling system is the fan.

We use an CNC aluminum, high efficiency fan in ALL of our helicopters. Not an option, standard equipment.

To have the most efficient system, you also need a tight fitting shroud.

Not only tight at the top of the fan, but also tight fitting around the head to direct the cooling air THROUGH the fins, not AROUND them.

Due to this tight fitting, it may be necessary to slightly warm the shroud upon installation, softening it a little bit to get the best fit without cracking it. Use a hair dryer, it doesn't take much, and you'll have the best cooling system on the market.
